What is the function of Stainless Steel Adhesives

1、 Adhesive fixation (core function)

      Stainless steel mutual bonding: splicing of thin plates, stainless steel fittings, and sheet metal parts, replacing spot welding and riveting, to avoid high-temperature deformation, welding spot corrosion, and surface welding scars. When thin-walled stainless steel (0.1-1mm ultra-thin steel sheet) cannot be welded, bonding is preferred.

      Heterogeneous bonding: stainless steel and aluminum alloy, plastic, ceramic, glass, rubber, stone bonding, assembly of different materials for industrial modules, kitchen and bathroom accessories, and electronic heat dissipation components.

      Small piece fixing: Stainless steel nameplate, hardware buckle, decorative steel sheet, precision small parts fixed without drilling, without damaging the surface of the substrate.

2、 Sealed, waterproof, rust proof

      Seal the joints, screw holes, and flange seams of stainless steel plates to prevent water, moisture, acid, alkali, and water vapor infiltration, and prevent rust and corrosion of stainless steel welds/seams;

Stainless steel sinks, pipes, and tanks in the kitchen and bathroom are sealed to prevent water seepage and leakage.

3、 Strengthening earthquake resistance and buffering

      Stainless steel sheet metal splicing reinforcement enhances the overall strength of joints and disperses stress;

The stainless steel shell of the equipment and the steel base of the instrument are bonded together. After the glue is cured, it buffers the vibration, reduces shock and noise, and prevents cracking and detachment caused by vibration.

4、 Repair and repair

      Repair cracks, sand holes, scratches, and small perforations in the stainless steel shell;

      Repair damaged stainless steel kitchenware, tanks, and hardware components, replacing welding without damaging the original polished and brushed surfaces.

5、 Insulation and heat insulation (special stainless steel adhesive)

      After curing with epoxy stainless steel adhesive, insulation is applied, and electronic stainless steel pins and heat dissipation steel plates are bonded to prevent short circuits; Partial high-temperature resistant adhesive can isolate cold and hot conduction, and stainless steel components are insulated and sealed under cold and hot working conditions.

Common application scenarios

      Kitchen and bathroom stainless steel products, precision hardware, medical equipment stainless steel accessories, industrial tanks, refrigeration equipment, photovoltaic stainless steel accessories, decorative curtain wall steel components.
