1.Structural bonding and fixation, assembling and forming filler blocks

The cooling tower packing is mostly made of PVC and PP corrugated sheets. By using filling glue to bond and stack the corrugated sheets together, they are assembled into a regular packing module, forming a stable overall skeleton to prevent the sheets from loosening, collapsing, and shifting due to water flow impact and fan airflow vibration.

2.Fill gaps, seal and prevent water leakage

Fill the small gaps at the filler joints to avoid short circuits caused by cooling water passing through the gaps; Ensure that the water flows evenly and slowly along the corrugated grooves, prolong the heat exchange contact time between water and air, and ensure that the overall cooling efficiency does not decrease.

3.Enhance overall rigidity and improve load-bearing capacity

After bonding and curing, the compressive and shear strength of the filling module is greatly improved, which can withstand its own weight, water impact force, and external lifting and handling forces; Large industrial towers and power plant cooling towers will not deform or collapse when stacked with fillers at high altitudes.

4.Suitable for harsh working conditions, long-lasting water and corrosion resistance

Special adhesive is resistant to long-term water immersion, cyclic water temperature (conventional 60-80 ℃), corrosion inhibitors in water, acid and alkali water erosion, and is not easy to open, powder, or peel off in high temperature and high humidity environments, prolonging the overall service life of the filler.

5.Repair damages, on-site maintenance and repair

During the operation of the cooling tower, when the filling material cracks, corners shatter, or partially delaminates, the filling collagen is used to repair and bond without replacing the filling material as a whole, reducing downtime maintenance costs and project losses.

6.Assist in leveling and correcting dimensional errors
