This JQ-1 Neoprene Adhesive Curing Agents is a single-component isocyanate crosslinker specifically formulated for neoprene rubber adhesives. It works by reacting with active functional groups in neoprene molecules to achieve rapid crosslinking and curing at ambient temperatures, significantly improving bonding strength, water resistance, oil resistance and high-temperature performance.

Cured neoprene adhesives exhibit substantially improved water and oil resistance. After 72 hours of water immersion at 25°C, bond strength retention is ≥80%, and after 72 hours of engine oil immersion, bond strength retention is ≥85%. This allows bonded products to perform reliably in humid, oily and other harsh operating environments.
It demonstrates excellent compatibility with virtually all solvent-based neoprene rubber adhesives, with a flexible mixing ratio of 5–10 parts curing agent to 100 parts neoprene adhesive. Curing speed and final performance can be easily adjusted by modifying the mixing ratio, and application methods remain identical to standard neoprene adhesives, requiring no additional equipment or process modifications.
