This professional Rubber To Metal Bonding Adhesives is a two-component thermal vulcanization adhesive, uniquely formulated for difficult-to-bond rubber-metal interfaces. It enables robust chemical bonding between mainstream rubber types (natural rubber, nitrile rubber, neoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, etc.) and common metal substrates including steel, stainless steel, aluminum and iron. Boasting high bonding strength, superior oil and water resistance, excellent thermal aging stability and outstanding peel resistance, this product is widely used in automotive vibration damping components, mechanical sealing parts, rubber-metal hardware accessories and industrial rubber rollers. It serves as a core bonding material for mass production of composite rubber and metal products.

Different from ordinary physical adhesion, this adhesive forms stable chemical bonds via thermal vulcanization. It achieves a shear strength of ≥8MPa for rubber-to-steel bonding and a 90° peel strength of ≥40N/cm, effectively solving common industrial pain points such as weak adhesion and interface delamination, and fully meeting high-standard industrial bonding demands.
The product features excellent resistance to oil, water, acid, alkali and thermal aging. After 72 hours of immersion in 120℃ high-temperature oil, the bonding strength retention rate remains above 80%; after 72 hours of immersion in 60℃ hot water, the strength retention rate reaches over 85%. It maintains stable long-term performance in harsh operating environments of automotive and mechanical equipment.
It is compatible with mainstream rubber materials including natural rubber, nitrile rubber, neoprene rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, as well as multiple metal substrates such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, iron and galvanized sheets. There is no need to replace adhesives for different materials, which greatly simplifies production processes and improves operational efficiency.
The two components adopt a fixed 1:1 mixing ratio. The vulcanization temperature (140-180℃) and curing time (10-30 minutes) can be adjusted flexibly to adapt to different production equipment. It supports multiple coating methods including brush coating, dip coating and spray coating, perfectly suitable for large-scale industrial mass production.

A1: This is a two-component thermal vulcanization adhesive. Component A is a brown viscous liquid, and Component B is a pale yellow curing agent liquid, to be mixed at a 1:1 ratio before use.
A2: It adopts thermal vulcanization curing. The recommended curing temperature is 140-180℃ with a curing time of 10-30 minutes. The parameters can be fine-tuned according to rubber types and product thickness.
A3: It bonds various rubbers such as natural rubber, nitrile rubber, neoprene rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, and fits metal substrates including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, iron and galvanized sheets.
A4: It retains ≥80% strength after 72-hour high-temperature oil immersion at 120℃, ≥85% strength after 72-hour hot water immersion at 60℃, and ≥75% strength after 1000-hour thermal aging treatment at 120℃.
